SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from our Dubai warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx Express.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends, or during UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and order value.

Free international shipping is available on orders over AED 1,000.

All shipments are fully trackable and may require a signature upon delivery depending on the destination and carrier requirements.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided for guidance only. Delivery timeframes do not include customs clearance procedures, which are outside the control of Sheda Garments Trading LLC and the shipping carrier.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations vary by country. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority for further information regarding potential charges before placing an order.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, rejected, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, any return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

UAE SHIPPING

Sheda Garments Trading LLC offers delivery throughout Dubai and the United Arab Emirates through trusted local courier partners.

Delivery within Dubai may be available within 4 hours depending on order time, delivery location, and courier availability.

Same-day and next-day delivery services may be available within selected areas of the UAE.

Free UAE shipping is available on orders over AED 600.

For orders below AED 600, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, carrier-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at shedadubai@gmail.com.

We may request photographs, shipment information, and proof of purchase to assist in investigating the matter with the relevant carrier.
